I spent several springs...down a dusty dixie road... I spent several springs in FL baling straw in the panhandle. Hearing about the hot weather reminds me of working long hours and pretty girls and the beach and going to the river on a Sunday afternoon.<br />I liked the early morning when the fog was lifting off the pine woods and little swamps. Or the hot nights outside when it was so humid you could have been in a sauna. But, I never had to live there year around. It is now just a memory that represents lost youth and thinking one was in charge of one's own destiny.<br />I thought it was funny when people would say, "sheeeeeeiit," or try to say Oregon.
